Step 1: Click on your name to access your account details, then click Edit Profile.
Step 2: On the Edit Profile screen, you can add or edit your primary satellite phone number. If you have more than one phone on your account, please refer to the help desk article
*As of 1/2022, Galileyo only accepts 12-digit satellite phone numbers for Inmarsat and Irridium sat phones. If you don't know this number, please reach out to your satellite phone provider for assistance.
For Sat phones with a Pivotel SIM card, enter your 10-digit number with a 1 in front.
Step 3: Click Update to save your changes.
